Pluspapers.com and its owners and parent companies (“the Operator”) provides an online platform for parents to register and set up accounts for their children to practice for 11+ and 13+ exams. The Service includes, inter alia, online practice tests and practice interviews designed to support exam preparation.
• To use the Service, parents must register and create an account.
• Accounts are created for children under the guidance and supervision of their parents or legal guardians.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and ensuring it is not shared with unauthorised parties.
• New users may be offered a trial period at a discounted rate. This trial period is provided to allow users sufficient time to evaluate the Service.
• By registering for the trial, you acknowledge that the trial period is your opportunity to determine the suitability of the Service for your needs.
• Subscriptions will automatically renew at the standard monthly rate after the trial period, unless the user manually cancels or changes to an annual subscription before the trial ends.
• All subscription fees are billed in advance and are strictly non-refundable.
• Failure to cancel before the trial period ends will result in an automatic charge for the selected subscription. Dissatisfaction with the Service after the trial period does not constitute grounds for a refund or chargeback.
• It is the user's responsibility to cancel or modify their subscription via their account settings before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue using the Service.
• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Users must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
• Users are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account, including any unauthorised use by third parties.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
• Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party; (iv) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content made available via the Service.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
• Prices for subscriptions are subject to change with notice. Continued use of the Service after such changes shall constitute acceptance of the new prices.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
